1.1  By accessing, registering on, or using the k677qq platform in any manner — whether via web browser, native mobile application, or any other access method — you ("User," "Player," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions published on k677qq from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

1.2  This Agreement is entered into between you and k677qq ("k677qq," "we," "us," "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at k677qq.org. k677qq operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

1.3  Your continued use of the k677qq platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain fully informed of the current terms governing your use of k677qq.

1.4  These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of this Agreement and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

2.1  To be eligible to register and use k677qq, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited;
• You are not accessing the platform in violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations applicable to you;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of the Philippines;
• You are not a currently self-excluded player under any self-exclusion program, including k677qq's own self-exclusion mechanism;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of k677qq, nor a close family member of any such person, where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

2.2  k677qq reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, any winnings will be forfeited and deposits returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

2.3  k677qq employs Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You consent to the verification of your identity, age, and source of funds as part of the account registration and ongoing usage process.

3.1  One Account Per Person. Each individual may register one (1) k677qq account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances in the duplicate accounts.

3.2  Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all registration information you provide to k677qq is true, complete, and accurate as of the date of registration. You further undertake to promptly update this information in the event of any change. k677qq accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k677qq login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify k677qq immediately via live chat support.

3.4  Non-Transferability. Your k677qq account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, gift, pledge, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds held therein to any other person.

3.5  KYC Verification. k677qq requires identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license) before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. k677qq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-authorized payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Bank Transfer, BPI Bank Transfer, Metrobank Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and current options are displayed in the platform's Cashier section.

4.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section. k677qq does not impose withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may charge their own transaction fees for which k677qq accepts no responsibility.

4.3  Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may require one (1) to two (2) business days. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional security verification and up to two (2) business hours. k677qq does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4  Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your k677qq account originate from a lawful source and are not derived from any criminal activity. k677qq cooperates with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC") requirements and may be required to report suspicious transactions.

4.5  Withdrawal to Original Method. k677qq implements a "return to source" policy where withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with k677qq's finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

4.6  Currency. All transactions on k677qq are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). k677qq is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5.1  General Bonus Terms. k677qq may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, which are published in the Promotions section of the platform and must be read alongside this Agreement.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance may be withdrawn as real money. Specific wagering multiples for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotional terms.

5.3  One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. k677qq reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.

5.4  Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within their specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically. k677qq does not compensate players for expired bonus funds.

5.5  k677qq's Discretion. k677qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect any bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.

6.1  Game Availability. k677qq makes available a library of games sourced from certified third-party providers. The availability of specific games is subject to change without notice due to provider agreements, regulatory requirements, or technical constraints. k677qq accepts no liability for the unavailability of any particular game.

6.2  Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communications failure that affects a game in progress, k677qq reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Any payout resulting from a malfunction is invalid and k677qq is not obligated to honor such payouts.

6.3  RNG Certification. All RNG-based games offered on k677qq utilize independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game RTPs (Return to Player rates) are provided by the respective game studios and are verified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.

6.4  Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios. In cases of dealer error or technical failure in a live game, the studio's own game rules and resolution procedures shall apply. k677qq will endeavor to facilitate any dispute resolution but accepts no direct liability for outcomes in third-party live games.

6.5  Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Results generated by the game engine or live dealer studio are final and binding subject only to k677qq's formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k677qq platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account or make withdrawals;
• Money Laundering: Using k677qq to launder, obscure, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using fictitious identities, or employing any other method to claim promotions in excess of their stated limits;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to "arbitrage" or "sure-bet" strategies that exploit incorrect odds;
• Use of Prohibited Software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to interfere with fair gameplay or gain an algorithmic advantage;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing k677qq while under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to access or use the platform;
• Threats or Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at k677qq staff or other players through any channel.

8.1  k677qq is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. We recognize that gambling can pose risks for certain individuals and we maintain a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools built directly into the platform.

8.2  Available Tools. Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time from their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss per session, per day, per week, or per month;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a configured period of continuous platform use;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite or permanent account suspension. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, reinstatement will not be considered for a minimum of twelve (12) months, and only following completion of a formal review process.

9.1  All content available on the k677qq platform — including but not limited to the k677qq brand name, logo, domain name, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, video content, audio content, and database architecture — is the proprietary property of k677qq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the k677qq platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

9.3  Any unauthorized use of k677qq's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k677qq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

10.2  k677qq's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their k677qq account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  k677qq makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves financial risk and that all gambling losses are borne solely by you.

10.4  Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits k677qq's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11.1  By k677qq. k677qq reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

11.2  Balances Upon Closure. Where an account is closed due to the player's voluntary request or due to k677qq's standard business decisions unrelated to breach, any verified real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met prior to closure.

11.3  By the Player. You may request closure of your k677qq account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

12.1  In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or complaint arising from your use of k677qq, you must first contact k677qq's customer support team via live chat. All disputes must be raised within fourteen (14) calendar days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

12.2  k677qq will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a dispute is complex, k677qq will notify you of the extended review timeline and expected resolution date.

12.3  k677qq's decision on any dispute related to game outcomes, software malfunctions, or bonus eligibility is final, subject to the review process described herein. In cases involving suspected technical error, k677qq will consult the relevant game studio's server logs and RNG audit trails.

12.4  In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through k677qq's internal process, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of the applicable Philippine gaming regulatory framework before pursuing litigation in the Philippine courts.

13.1  k677qq reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — k677qq will provide notice to registered players via the platform's notification system and/or email at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment.

13.2  Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory change, may take effect immediately without prior notice.

13.3  The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible on the k677qq website at k677qq.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14.1  This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2  Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation, except where such dispute is referred to arbitration in accordance with Section 12.

14.3  k677qq operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their respective jurisdiction. k677qq makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions and shall not be liable for any consequence of access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted.
